Badger Foot Balm Review
If anyone has ever had to deal with dry, cracked or blistered heels, then you need to try Badger Balm. Even the most problem feet can be repaired and healed using this thick balm.
Apply in the evening to clean feet and put on a thick pair of socks to lock in the moisture (remember, this is a greasy product, so you don’t want it all over your nice floors!).The next morning your feet will definitely thank you!
For very cracked/dry heels, it may take a few weeks to see the full effects of the balm, but do stick with it. Most see results within 2 weeks. If you’re just wanting to soothe sore feet from standing all day, you’ll notice a difference almost immediately.
Also, if you’re suffering from diabetes and have foot problems, this balm helps with the soreness and pain associated with peripheral neuropathy. A great product!!!
What’s the difference between a cream and a balm?
Essentially creams are best for skin hydration, driving moisture deep into the skin and balms are best for protecting skin from the elements while locking in existing moisture. So really it isn’t a question of which one is best, as they serve different functions.
Natural balms are made from plant oils, butters and waxes (usually beeswax) and do not contain any water, while creams are made from plant oils, butters and water.
Notes* Badger conducts no product testing on animals, as all the ingredients are safe and “food grade” when used in the proper amounts (their essential oils are always properly diluted.) They test all prototype products on families, friends, volunteers. If the new product does not pass their tough standards it does not make it to the marketplace. They are also certified by Leaping Bunny which means that not only do they not test their products on animals, but they have confirmed that none of their suppliers test their ingredients on animals either.
Their products do not contain any animal ingredients and this includes badger oil! Most of their products do contain beeswax, which is produced by bees.
